The Power Of Poop.

Camelid (a fancy word for llamas and alpacas) manure is known as one of the easiest natural fertilizer amendments. Many people even call it “Black Gold”. It is high in nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus, but not so high that it creates plant burn. Additionally, camelid manure comes out in pelleted beans, which makes it easy to handle and relatively odor free.

As a result of these fabulous features, camelid manure can be amended straight into beds without the need for composting first. It can be mixed in, or even sprinkled on top during seasons of rest to break down at its own pace.
